Welcome to Stonefly Grill, Craig’s independent kitchen with a passion for food that tastes as good as a day on the water feels. We’re not a bar menu add-on, and we’re not river take-out — we’re a restaurant all our own.
Operated by chef and owner Alan Michaud, Stonefly Grill shares space with the Craig Taphouse but stands apart with its own identity and menu. Our specialty is pizza — particularly the unique Alsatian dish called Flammekueche (also known as Tarte Flambée). Alongside our signature pies, you’ll find Montana-sourced burgers and a rotating lineup of pizzas, salads, and shareables.
When the rods are racked and the waders come off, that’s when we open our doors. Stonefly Grill is where anglers, locals, and travelers gather to share stories and enjoy a great meal.
