Welcome to Stonefly Grill, Craig’s independent kitchen with a passion for food that tastes as good as a day on the water feels. We’re not a bar menu add-on, and we’re not river take-out — we’re a restaurant all our own.

Operated by chef and owner Alan Michaud, Stonefly Grill shares space with the Craig Taphouse but stands apart with its own identity and menu. Our specialty is pizza — particularly the unique Alsatian dish called Flammekueche (also known as Tarte Flambée). Alongside our signature pies, you’ll find Montana-sourced burgers and a rotating lineup of pizzas, salads, and shareables.

When the rods are racked and the waders come off, that’s when we open our doors. Stonefly Grill is where anglers, locals, and travelers gather to share stories and enjoy a great meal.

Stonefly Grill is home to pizzas with a twist — from classic Margherita to our standout Flammekueche, a crisp, smoky Alsatian specialty. Baked thin and hot, these pies bring something fresh to Craig and pair perfectly with a day spent on the Missouri.

Round out your table with crisp salads, house-cut fries, and rotating small plates. Some days you’ll find a specialty appetizer on the board, other days it’s a simple side done right. Either way, there’s always something to share while swapping river stories.
