Our Story

Stonefly Grill is the vision of chef Alan Michaud, who wanted to bring something fresh, flavorful, and truly unique to the fly-fishing hub of Craig, Montana. While our kitchen shares a roof with Craig Taphouse, our brand, our food, and our operation are entirely separate.

Our mission is simple: to serve great food at the end of a great day. By focusing on pizza, burgers, and a handful of rotating dishes, we can perfect what we do best and make sure every plate is consistently delicious.
